July 14– NORWICH– A Norwich man was sentenced today for his role in an insurance fraud scheme that lasted from 2011-2014.. According to the District Attorney’s office, Frandy Dugue, 40, was sentenced to 100 days imprisonment, three years probation, and ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution.
