Combined Insurance Moves from Glenview to Chicago’s Triangle Plaza

PR Newswire

CHICAGO, April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Combined Insurance, a leading provider of individual supplemental accident, disability, health, and life insurance products, and a Chubb company, has moved from its Glenview office into Chicago's Triangle Plaza, effective April 10.

Approximately 300 Combined Insurance employees are based out of the new office space, located at 8750 W. Bryn Mawr (near O'Hare International Airport), occupying three floors, while the customer contact center, operations and IT departments will continue to operate out of the company's downtown Chicago office at 111 E. Wacker Drive. Since 2001, the company operated out of the former AON building on Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview. Prior to that, the company was located at 5050 North Broadway in Chicago.

"As Combined Insurance continues to grow, we recognized the need to have additional space and a more convenient location," said Barbara Halverson, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Combined Insurance.  "This is an exciting time for our company and we are looking forward to making our new home in the fresh, modern location that Triangle Plaza offers. Our new office reflects the look and energy of Combined's positive future."

Along with the modern office makeover, Combined employees will see other employee benefits with the new location which include a discounted gym membership, large cafeteria with a variety of menu options, easy access to Chicago transit and O'Hare, and a variety of restaurants and activities in the Rosemont area.

Combined Insurance was founded in Chicago in 1922 by W. Clement Stone. With $100, a positive spirit and a vision to make the world a better place, Stone developed and grew the company into what it is today – still operating in the Chicago area and with agents throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Combined Insurance has an A+ (Superior) financial strength rating by A.M. Best, one of the world's top insurance rating firms. The company has also been recognized for seven consecutive years on Ward's 50® Top Performing Health-Life Insurance Companies list.
