Charlotte Jones

Charotte joined Aviva in September 2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer. She is a member of the Group Executive Committee reporting to Aviva Group CEO, Amanda Blanc.

Charlotte is a highly experienced CFO with an impressive track record across the insurance, banking and asset management industries.

Charlotte was previously Chief Financial Officer of RSA Insurance plc and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the RSA UK & International business. She has held a number of other senior roles in financial services including CFO of Jupiter Fund Management plc, where she was a member of the Board and Executive Committee, with responsibility for finance and corporate strategy. Before that Charlotte was Head of Group Finance at Credit Suisse Group, Deputy Group CFO at Deutsche Bank Group and an audit partner at EY.

Charlotte is a qualified chartered accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Financial Management and Economics from the University of Sheffield.​
