He has secured over $1 billion in transactions in his real estate career in many commercial property types, with expertise in multi-family, office, farm, and retail sectors.

Mr. Pourmirza's background has gained notoriety during stints at prestigious brokerage firms including Fred Sands Realtors, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Sperry Van Ness Commercial. At Sperry Van Ness Commercial, he was awarded the company's Top 5 Agents Award and the Partner Circle Award. In 2013, he opened "Pourmirza Client Group" (PCG) in Woodland Hills, California, where he provided realty advisory, brokerage and consultation to his executive clientele.
