WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has proposed an information collection entitled "Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program."

The notice was issued by William N. Parham III, director in the Paperwork Reduction Staff in the Office of Strategic Operations and Regulatory Affairs.

On April 10, 2023, we published a collection of information notice in the Federal Register concerning our revised Managed Care Rate Setting Guidance.

The notice included an incorrect web address for obtaining copies of the supporting statement, the revised guide, and supporting documents.
