Capital Insurance Group® Names Julie Buckmaster as Agency Development Manager for Northern California

The ADM position is charged with maximizing business development solutions through effective agency planning, training, and support.

Prior to working with CIG, Buckmaster amassed more than 15 years of Northern California insurance experience. She began her career as a sales agent for a national direct writer and then moved on to independent agency companies in underwriting and sales manager responsibilities. Buckmaster has worked with agencies throughout California to build profitable relationships, trained agency staff and focused company resources to increase agency revenue.
