Cambridge Corporate Services Opens Offsite Mail Screening & Sorting Locations

PR Web

New York, New York (PRWEB) May 06, 2014

Representatives with Cambridge Corporate Services announced today that it has officially opened offsite mail screening and sorting locations in midtown Manhattan and Nashville, Tenn.

"We're very excited about the launch of our new service," said Bill Kelly, vice president and spokesman for Cambridge Corporate Services.

Kelly explained that off site screening creates an air-gap between initial induction and customers' core operations center, mitigating the risk of costly business disruptions.

With the newly launched service, chain of custody, according to Kelly, is established throughout the screening process with use of Cambridge's proprietary tracking application.

Cambridge has processed millions of items without loss or business disruption, Kelly pointed out.

"Recently, a weapon was discovered in an incoming mail piece during the screening process, and was turned over to client security," said Kelly.

Remarking after the incident, the client security chief noted that finding the weapon at the Offsite "saved us from a potential disaster, and thankfully we never had to empty our building."

"Our success over the past decades is from the supportive business relationships we strive on developing," said Cambridge Corporate Services Founder and CEO John Dockery.

The company, which is geared toward large scale businesses with a large physical presence, such as banks, law firms, universities, magazines and high profile industries needing mail screening, Kelly noted, has the experience and capabilities to provide its customers with everything they need to succeed.

"From back-office support operations to large campus mail and distributions systems, our clients experience a level of service unparalleled in the industry," Kelly stressed, before adding, "We understand the need for offsite secure mail screening. Our dedicated staff and experience ensure a seamless integration into your business functions. Our goal is to provide efficient, cost effective solutions to our clients. Our strategic locations within Manhattan and Nashville allow for cost reduction in day-to-day mail screening processes as well as timely relocation in disaster recovery situations."
