Tatiana Parshak has worked on a broad range of finance and capital markets transactions including general secured and unsecured banking, real estate finance, asset finance, acquisition finance, project finance, syndications, securitizations, debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as derivatives-related matters.
Joseph Robertson has experience in negotiating real estate transactions, including securitized and unsecuritized financing, sale-leaseback transactions, leasing and acquisitions, hotel and casino development projects, and other real estate aspects of corporate and financial transactions.
Stefani Rothermel's practice focuses on complex product liability and commercial litigation matters, including appeals.
