May 29--MARION TOWNSHIP -- Three people -- including a man who was pinned under a vehicle -- were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Monday.
The crash occurred when Itzacahua Itzacahua-Xalamihua, 19, of Plainview, failed to stop at a stop sign as he was southbound on Olmsted County Road 11, toward Collegeview Road, said Olmsted County Sheriff's Capt. Scott Behrns.
There, at 10:40 a.m., he struck 61-year-old Debbie Michel's vehicle.
Itzacahua-Xalamihua's vehicle rolled multiple times and came to rest on its roof, pinning the vehicle's unbelted passenger, Victor Rosalez-Rosalez, 25, who was ejected.
He was transported by Gold Cross Ambulance to the hospital. A second passenger in Itzacahua-Xalamihua's vehicle was uninjured.
Michel was listed as "possibly injured," Behrns said.
Itzacahua-Xalamihua was cited for failure to stop and no insurance, said Behrns.
