July 13--JANESVILLE -- A Janesville man was arrested on several charges after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday.
Richard J. Buol, 37, was arrested after allegedly driving east on East Milwaukee Street and colliding with a vehicle driven by Tuen Chan. Chan's vehicle was hit when he pulled out from a driveway onto East Milwaukee Street, Janesville police Sgt. Mark Ratzlaff said.
The accident happened at about 1:09 a.m. near the intersection of East Milwaukee and North Pontiac Drive.
Boul of 3113 Randolph Road was arrested on charges of causing injury while operating while intoxicated; operating while intoxicated, third offense; and reckless driving, causing bodily harm.
Boul was also cited for operating without insurance and operating after suspension, Ratzlaff said.
Boul was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, hospital officials said.
Chan was treated and released from St. Mary's Janesville Hospital and received no citations, Ratzlaff said.
