Feb. 28--State insurance investigators charged a Greensboro man with insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretense, according to a N.C. Department of Insurance news release.
Keith Darrell Robinson, 30, of 4530 Mica Court, is accused of submitting false medical documents to N.C. Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. on Feb. 15, 2016, according to the release. The claim was connected to a motor vehicle accident.
Investigators allege Robinson received $5,000 in medical pay reimbursements. He turned himself in to Guilford County authorities on Feb. 17, this year and was released on a written promise to appear in court.
