The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of
25, 2023
election of seven trustees, each to serve for a term expiring at the 2024 annual
meeting of shareholders and until his or her successor is duly elected and
qualified; (2) the ratification of the appointment of
as our independent registered public accounting firm for calendar year 2023; (3)
a non-binding, advisory vote regarding the compensation of our named executive
officers; (4) a non-binding, advisory vote regarding the frequency of an
advisory vote on Executive Compensation; and (5) adoption of the 2023 Long-Term
Incentive Plan. The voting results on these proposals were as follows:
