Ameritas Unveils Retirement Plan Participant Digital Platform
Ameritas has launched a new retirement plan participant digital platform offering users a simplified, engaging and more intuitive experience.
Working with vWise, Inc., an industry leader in understanding participant behavior and needs, Ameritas redesigned the participant experience to create more meaningful interactions focused on guiding participants down a better path to retirement.
The new improved experience allows participants to more easily understand their past and present retirement planning journey and offers new tools to help them confidently plan for the future.
"Our customers provided valuable feedback that we used to inform every aspect of our redesign," said Nicholle Taylor, Ameritas vice president of retirement plans service and operations. "We are committed to creating a best-in-class experience for our customers and providing online tools that encourage good decision making now and into the future."
Taylor said vWise helped Ameritas offer a higher level of service to help customers achieve their financial goals.
"We are proud to have partnered with Ameritas to deliver this new, rewarding participant experience," said vWise Chief Executive Officer Tony Mingo. "At vWise, we offer holistic solutions that provide compelling user experiences. Our industry knowledge and expertise, combined with a thorough understanding of Ameritas' specific needs, allowed us to align ourselves to be in sync with their goals."
