By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Business Weekly -- American Modern Insurance Group, a leading provider of recreational and specialty insurance, has been named to the 2017 Cincinnati Enquirer's Top Workplaces list. This is the fourth year American Modern has received this recognition.
"We are honored to be recognized as a top employer in Cincinnati, and congratulate the American Modern team on receiving this prestigious award," said American Modern President and CEO Andreas Kleiner.
American Modern made the list of 110 companies and organizations from across the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. These employers were selected based on responses to employee surveys, which sought to measure company leadership, career development opportunities, work/life balance, and pay and benefits.
Kleiner continued, "We strive to promote a corporate culture that fosters professional development, an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive environment. These form the foundation which supports our talented workforce who contribute to our success and growth."
American Modern was founded in 1965 and is one of the largest employers in the Greater Cincinnati area, employing approximately 1,100 individuals throughout the region.
The Enquirer Media Top Workplaces project is conducted in partnership with Workplace Dynamics, which invites businesses with at least 50 employees in the region to take part in the surveys.
