AM Best Senior Financial Analyst to Present at American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds Conference

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AM Best will participate in the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds’ (AASCIF) annual conference, which will take place July 21-24, 2019, at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, OH.

Kim Muccia, senior financial analyst, will deliver a presentation on AM Best’s Credit Rating process. The presentation will include a discussion of key rating factors—balance sheet strength, operating performance, business profile and enterprise risk management—in an effort to help companies better understand where they stand relative to their rated peers. The session is scheduled for July 24, at 1:00 p.m. (EDT). Muccia is a lead analyst in AM Best’s property/casualty ratings division, and is responsible for evaluating the financial strength for her assigned portfolio of companies with an emphasis on those writing personal lines insurance.
