York Appoints Galioto as President, Chief Executive

York Insurance Services Group Inc. has named a member of its board, Anthony Galioto, as president and chief executive the company said.
Galioto, who joined the York board in January, will remain as a director, the company said in a statement.
Galioto was a senior executive at American International Group Inc. for a number of years before leaving in 2008, York said.
He was appointed AIG Cos. senior executive/east in 2006 (BestWire, June 23, 2006).
Galioto previously had served as president of AIG Domestic Accident and Health president of AIG Worldwide Accident and Health and president of AIG Claims Service Inc., York said.
York provides insurance services, including claims administration, managed care, specialized loss adjusting, risk management, public entity pool administration and loss control.
