XN Financial to Purchase Relocation Insurance Service [Health & Beauty Close – Up]

XN Financial, a provider of insurance and financial products, said that it has entered into an agreement with Relocation Insurance Service to purchase the insurance portfolio, commencing Sept. 1.

In a release, XN Financial said that it has been the insurance capacity and claims services provider to RISC's clients since 2004.

"RISC has established a strong expertise within the relocation industry, a substantial portfolio of specialty insurance business and is an ideal vehicle through which XN Financial can distribute its suite of international mobility insurance products in the United States," said Dan Anber, President and CEO of XN Financial. "We are looking forward to integrating our operations, while simultaneously exploring opportunities to provide clients with additional value- added services."

"We are delighted to be acquired by the XN Financial group which will enable RISC to offer increased services and products to our loyal customer base and enhances our relationships with domestic and international insurance markets," said Harvey Lewis, founder and Managing Partner of RISC. This integration will provide RISC's clients access to XN Financial's mobility expertise and global infrastructure.

Lewis will continue to serve as a consultant to the group following the acquisition.

Relocation Insurance Service is an insurance agency organized to serve the relocation industry and real estate agencies.
