Woodbury Attorney Mike Bradley Announces Firm Name Change to Bradley, Hagen and Gullikson, LLC

PR Web

Woodbury, MN (PRWEB) April 26, 2014

Mike Bradley, who has been practicing law for over 20 years, founded the firm in 1998. Since that time, the firm has developed a well-respected practice both locally and nationally. Nationally, the firm represents clients in cable franchising and telecommunications matters. Locally, in addition to cable and telecommunications, the firm represents clients on a wide range of matters including estate planning and probate, veteran benefits, employment, business, and real estate.

"I am pleased to add Tom Hagen and Joy Gullikson to the firm, both of whom I have known for many years. This addition will allow us to greatly expand our services both to existing and new clients," said Mike Bradley. "Our approach has always been simple and successful. We leverage our experience by listening to and collaborating with our clients and then work hard to achieve their desired results."

Mike Bradley is a 1990 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a 1993 graduate of Hamline University School of Law. Mike founded and chaired the Military Affairs Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association and helped to start what became one of the bar's biggest pro bono programs to help veterans. In addition, he is past chair and section leader of the MSBA's Communications Law Section and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ramsey County Bar Association.

Tom Hagen is a 1991 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a 1996 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. He focuses his practice on helping veterans and eligible family members obtain VA benefits. After working for U.S. Senator Dave Durenberger and the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Tom began practicing law in Waseca, Minnesota with Patton, Hoversten & Berg, P.A. In addition, Tom served as Mayor of Waseca from 2000-2005 and spent an additional six years in various leadership capacities at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, including Assistant to the Commissioner. A veteran himself, Tom has served in the Minnesota National Guard for 25 years, including more than 16 years as a judge advocate, and served two tours in Iraq. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and is a member of American Legion Post 228 and VFW Post 1642.

Joy Gullikson received her BA (honours in Economics) from Acadia University, her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She focuses her practice on elder law/estate planning and communications law. Joy spent 30 years involved with the telecommunications industry, as a staff member of the Public Utilities Commission and the Department of Public Service (now Commerce) and as corporate counsel and director of external relations at a regional telecommunications firm. After caring for her father who had dementia, Joy understands the issues of families facing long term illness. She has a strong passion for elder law and estate planning and is accredited by the Veterans Administration to represent veterans. As an advocate of the arts and a parent of two children heavily involved in the arts, Joy serves as President of the Threads Dance Project, a professional modern dance company, and teaches Scottish Country Dance.

Bradley Hagen & Gullikson, LLC changed its name from Bradley & Guzzetta, LLC. Former partner Steve Guzzetta left the firm to take a position as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel with Sonify in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The office is located at 1976 Woodale Drive, Suite 3A, Woodbury, MN 55125. For more information, please call (651) 379-0900 or (507) 593-4098 or visit http://www.BradleyLawMN.com.
