Woman arrested on DUI, other charges

According to a press release, an animal control officer reported a possible DUI after observing a vehicle go from one side of the road to another, running several vehicles off the road. Bailey observed the vehicle go off the road and attempted a traffic stop.
The release states that after Bailey turned on his emergency lights, the vehicle continued, driving off the road into the grass on several occasions. Bailey positioned his cruiser in front of Hill while a
The release further states Hill attempted to drive forward, but could not proceed because Bailey's cruiser was blocking her in. Bailey reached in Hill's vehicle and put it in park and took the keys from the ignition.
Hill was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, driving too slow for traffic conditions, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, improperly on left side of road, second-degree fleeing or evading police and second-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer.
