Global Insurance Broker and Employee Benefits Consultant Leverages HighRoads’Technology for both Clients and its Own Employee Benefits Management
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HighRoads, the company providing employers – for the first time – complete control over their health care costs and compliance, today announced that the Global Employee Benefits Practice of Willis Group Holdings Limited, the global Insurance broker, will use HighRoads’ Global Benefits Technology to collect and manage employee benefits data for its global clients. Willis also has selected the HighRoads global benefits technology platform to support benefits management for its own 20,000 employees.
HighRoads provides Willis with a central repository for benefits data – including country-specific policies, benchmarking and financial data – that will allow the firm to more effectively deliver its strategic global consulting services. Willis has already secured several new global consulting clients that will benefit from the centralized information and real-time reporting offered by the HighRoads technology.
