Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. has promoted Rebecca Greenblatt to assistant restaurant manager of its Hershey Grill. Greenblatt, of Lancaster, started with Hershey Entertainment in 2008 as a summer intern. Most recently she was a conference concierge at its Hotel Hershey.

Greenblatt is a graduate of Manheim Township High School and Syracuse University.

Robert H. Reese Jr. has rejoined Pyfer Partners as a shareholder.

Reese, of Lancaster, most recently spent six years at Patterson, Cody & Winters as a partner.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University. He also is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law.

Pyfer Partners also has hired Cynthia J. McClune as office manager.

McClune, of Lancaster, most recently was a paralegal at Patterson, Cody & Winters. She is a graduate of McCaskey High School and Willow Street Vocational Technical School.

Lancaster County Workforce Investment Board has elected Stephen Grosh vice chairman.

Grosh, of Quarryville, is vice president of human resources for Dutchland Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in human resources.

Grosh will advance to chairman of the WIB on July 1.

Morphy Auctions has promoted Dave Stewart to director of its newly formed real estate division.

Stewart, of Saylorsburg, joined Morphy Auctions in 2006 as a licensed auctioneer and online bidding specialist. He attended Fort Lauderdale College.

Community Services Group has promoted Crystal Leidy to program director for three residential autism spectrum disorder homes in Lancaster and Dauphin counties.

Leidy, of Millersville, joined CSG in 2004. Most recently she was assistant program director for the Individuals with Developmental Disabilities residential program in Lancaster.

Leidy has a bachelor's degree from Millersville University and a master's degree from Penn State University.

Donmoyer Development Group has assigned additional duties to Devin S. Donmoyer, owner and chief executive officer.

Donmoyer, of Lancaster, now also will serve as chief financial officer and director of field operations. He is a Millersville University graduate.

The Millersville University Foundation has announced its new officers and board of directors, effective Jan 1.

Officers are president, Robert A. Laskowski, senior vice president and treasurer of OceanFirst Bank, Toms River, N.J.; vice president, David K. Thompson, executive vice president of HomeTowne Heritage Bank; treasurer, Amanda J. Shaw, manager of financial operations at Lancaster General Medical Group; and secretary, Tamara C. Willis, principal at Steelton-Highspire Elementary School, Harrisburg.

Elected to the board are Shaw; Kenneth P. DeLucca, Millersville professor of applied engineering and safety technology; Anne C. Jackson, senior risk control consultant, The Travelers Insurance, Reading; F. Perry Love, Millersville professor emeritus of educational foundations; Elizabeth Martin, owner of Martin Insurance Agency in Millersville; and William B. McIlwaine, Millersville professor emeritus of earth sciences.

Maillie, Falconiero & Company LLP has promoted Ephrata native Amanda Bernard to manager.

Bernard, of Boyertown, joined Maillie Falconiero in 2003. She most recently was a senior accountant in the accounting and auditing department.

A certified public accountant and certified management accountant, Bernard is a graduate of Ephrata High School and Susquehanna University.

U.S. Green Building Council'sCentral Pennsylvania Chapter has named Robert J. Price executive director.

Price, of Elizabethtown, most recently was a consultant to nonprofit organizations for strategic planning, board development and fundraising. He is a University of Cincinnati graduate.
