WTAS Welcomes Managing Director and CFO, David Kapnick

SAN FRANCISCO, March 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- WTAS announces Dave Kapnick as Managing Director and CFO, based in the San Francisco office. Dave has over 35 years of finance and accounting experience in a wide variety of industries.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco, and also spent two years working in Oslo, Norway. During Dave's career, he has held finance leadership roles at Park Lane Hotels International, Broadview Capital Partners, Newbury Ventures and Table Rock Capital. Most recently, Dave has served as a consultant and interim CFO for several Bay Area companies as well as managing private equity CFO services. His areas of expertise include complex accounting, tax, financial reporting, contract negotiations, due diligence, compliance, risk management, business development, investor relations and portfolio management.
"Dave is a senior financial executive with broad technical expertise and progressive financial management responsibilities. He is a seasoned CFO with a history of achievement, which will be critical to WTAS during this exciting time of international growth for the firm," said CEO, Mark Vorsatz.
Dave received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science and Psychology from Duke University, and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
