Vertafore Announces Moves to Strengthen Technology Innovation and Long-Term Business Performance

BOTHELL, Wash., Feb. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vertafore (http://www.vertafore.com), the leading provider of software and information to the insurance industry, today announced that CTO Vance Huntley and CFO Jeff Groh will be leaving the company. Huntley will remain in place through the search for a new CTO, and Groh will exit the company in April. Vertafore has begun the search for both positions and in the interim John Morrow, SVP, Corporate Development and Legal Affairs, will assume the role of CFO.

Morrow joined Vertafore in 2006 and has been responsible for corporate development, legal, information security and UK business operations. He has also played a key role in Vertafore's acquisitions and financing transactions since joining the company.

Most recent additions include Mark Sonders, SVP of Sales & Client Services, who joined from Thomson Reuters, and Mark Craig, SVP of Product Management, who joined from Oracle.
