Vertafore Announces Moves to Strengthen Technology Innovation and Long-Term Business Performance

Huntley will remain in place through the search for a new CTO, and Groh will exit the company in April. Vertafore has begun the search for both positions and in the interim John Morrow, SVP, Corporate Development and Legal Affairs, will assume the role of CFO.
