Veracity Insurance Solutions grows with the announcement of its recent acquisition of Stratus Insurance Services of Pleasant Grove, Utah.This move allows Veracity to expand services to help small businesses.

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Utah-based Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC (“Veracity”) announces the strategic acquisition of Stratus Insurance Services, Inc. This addition brings fresh focus to Veracity with the launch of Veracity Select, a new small business unit within the company focused on the needs of small businesses in search of insurance designed for their business models.

Of particular interest to Veracity was the team’s collective experience in program management. Veracity’s Program Management Services provides a unique offering for needs of all sizes. With the integration of the Stratus group, Veracity has the ability to handle the entire spectrum of services, including programs ranging from simple startup, to the complex and well established.

The Stratus team brings the notable perspective of decades of expertise to Veracity. Stratus members joining the team of Veracity officers include Daryle Stafford as President & CEO, Chris Van Leeuwen as Vice President of Sales, and Melanie Allen as Vice President of Operations.
