Trepp Releases CMBS Data and Analytics Excel Add-In

Trepp said it has launched a CMBS Data and Analytics Excel Add- In, enabling clients to quickly retrieve and analyze CMBS securities and portfolios directly within Microsoft Excel.
According to a media release, the Add-In combines Trepp's CMBS deal library, analytics and Cash Flow Engine with a set of fixed income tools for custom analysis.
The Add-In delivers a platform within Excel that serves as a tool to access, analyze, and manipulate large CMBS data sets. Utilizing the Trepp Add-In enables enhanced trading, risk management and portfolio analysis.
"The Trepp Add-In delivers the robust analysis that many of our power users require," said Daniel Gottlieb, chief operating officer at Trepp. "The Add-In streamlines research and surveillance of the CMBS market, with the ability to retrieve large, customized data sets that can be incorporated into models and to augment them with the power of Excel graphs, pivot tables, and macros," said Gottlieb.
Trepp is a provider of information, analytics and technology to the CMBS, commercial real estate and banking markets.
