According to a release, the new Claim Management Dashboard is fully interactive and provides one stop for customers to analyze open claims, as well as an interactive listing of claims where recent activities may have a significant impact on overall loss costs. Using the open inventory view, claims are summarized within important categories and organized by distribution across Travelers' adjusting offices, states or any level of a customer's organization. Functionality allows for drilling down from summary information to the individual claim files where detailed information can be found to help determine next steps.
Given the success of the e-CARMA Mobile Risk Manager, the company noted, the open inventory view of the Claim Management dashboard is designed to run not only on computers, but also on tablet devices such as iPad, nexus, and Galaxy Note.

In addition, to help customers even better understand risks within their business, Travelers has updated its Risk Analyzer Dashboard to connect loss analysis outcomes to actionable solutions. The enhancement identifies the most prevalent loss cause, injuries or ergonomic cases and connects it to Travelers Risk Control publications, technical bulletins, webinars and training modules, all related to cause of loss and part of body outcomes. The dashboard also offers industry peer benchmarking statistics.
