Travel Insured International Introduces New Loyalty Commissions Program to Travel Agents

Loyalty Commissions are designed to reward agency partners when travel insurance is not directly purchased through their agency. If Travel Insured paid a commission to an agency partner on a policy issued to a customer of that partner and that customer comes back to Travel Insured to purchase a travel insurance policy but hasn’t booked their travel arrangements through that agency or another registered TII agency, the new Loyalty Commissions program will pay the full commissionable amount to the last agency on record that sold a retail policy to that customer.
Loyalty commissions will be paid monthly to those partners that are properly licensed and have a current partnership agreement with Travel Insured. Loyalty commissions will be paid in accordance with the partnership agreement in place and will be separately shown on the agency’s monthly commission statement.
Why are they doing this? “Simply put, it’s the right thing to do. We wouldn’t have that customer if it weren’t originally for the agents and their efforts,”
