The X Factor 2012 celebrates the diversity of the collective experiences, thoughts, backgrounds, career paths and styles of the more than 300 expected attendees. The X Factor name is inspired by the idea that women are a significant “factor” in The Standard’s growth and success.
Goals for the day include strengthening personal networks and connections among women professionals at The Standard, sharing knowledge on business-related topics as well as inspiring, engaging and empowering those attending.
