The Producers Group Hires Vice President Of Asian Development

Peter Chang will Help The Producers Group Expand their Multicultural Platform.

San Diego, CA – The Producers Group (TPG) announced today they have hired Peter Chang as the Vice President of Asian Development. Based out of the Company’s San Diego office, Chang will help to expand TPG’s Multicultural Platform.

During the past year, The PG has made tremendous gains in our multicultural initiatives but with Peter’s talents, experiences and unique abilities, he will help us not only meet but exceed our goals in this expanding market.”

Chang has been in the financial services business more than 26- years. He began his career with Metlife as a sales representative in Atlanta. Since then, he had been successful in sales and earned numerous sales recognition awards until he was promoted to branch manager in 1990. His branch was selected twice as "Office of the Year" in Southeastern territory in 1992 and 1993.

In 1994, with his remarkable success as a branch manager, he was relocated to the Washington DC area in order to develop and expand his multicultural capacity in the Mid-Atlantic region. Peter was promoted to Managing Director in 1996. Since then, has been awarded many recognitions for recruiting talent and a high increase of productivity as well as his exceptional leadership. Most recently, Chang held the position of Vice President of Multicultural Sales and Head of Asian Market Development for ING.
