The Collinson Group Acquires CCS to extend its added value financial services portfolio

PR Web

London, UK (PRWEB UK) 4 December 2012

The Collinson Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired card protection provider CCS. CCS was established in 1998, and offers the market a leading card protection product as well as having a range of other protection items in its portfolio.

Colin Evans, Chairman of The Collinson Group said: “This acquisition is of strategic importance, perfectly complementing, but also enhancing, our Group’s existing offering of insurance products and travel benefits, which are already used by a global set of financial services and corporate clients to build their loyalty programmes and drive incremental revenue. These products include Priority Pass, the world’s largest independent airport VIP lounge access programme, a diverse range of insurance products through Collinson Insurance Group and technology driven membership platforms through Collinson Latitude.

“The addition of card protection through CCS is a perfect fit, bringing an existing blue-chip client base and extending our multi-lingual capabilities for the support of protection products across the UK, mainland Europe and Asia Pacific.”

Colin continued, “In addition to offering quality products, we remain committed to delivering a superior customer experience. Products such as Collinson Latitude’s BenefitsPlusTM help banks to create transparent, tailored, added value account packages to suit both consumer and regulator demands, and CCS’s team can help build our footprint in this area.

“We will continue to invest in CCS’s products which we will be able to integrate closely with our own capabilities. We believe the inclusion of the CCS product portfolio with our existing products, technology and delivery capability establishes The Collinson Group as an unrivalled global provider of integrated protection and lifestyle benefits.”
