Liz brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the table. Originally from Washington, she moved to North Carolina a few years ago. Now, she's leveraging her industry background and local knowledge to grow her career with Team Ruby.

With all of the complex real estate laws and regulations, a closing involves the review and completion of extensive contracts and other paperwork. As the agency's dedicated closing coordinator, Liz will handle the scheduling of all parties for closings, review of titles and appraisals, and confirmation of escrow, loan, and insurance details.

When Liz isn't in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Mason and Layla. They recently welcomed the newest member of their family: a four-month-old golden retriever puppy named Leo.
