On June 9, 2014, Towers Watson & Co. (Towers Watson) reported that according to the latest Commercial Lines Insurance Pricing Survey (CLIPS) conducted by the Company, commercial insurance prices increased by 4% in aggregate during Q1 2014. Tower Watson stated that although prices continued to rise, the increases are the smallest in over two years - 1% lower as compared to the previous quarter, and a steep decrease from the 6% to 7% reported in H2 2012 and H1 2013.
