MILLERSBURG -- In Friday's livestock auction at the Holmes County Fair, buyers bids for steers, poultry, ducks, rabbits and dairy baskets were taken. Listed are the shower, buyer and price.

Market Steers

Bands Co. purchased the grand champion market steer, shown by Carter Smith for $7,408.50, while Case Barton's reserve champion market steer was bought by Kimble Recycling & Disposal for $5,890.50.

There were 29 market steers sold for a total of $135,293.70.

There were seven dairy market steers sold for a total of $20,614.35.
