Starr Companies Appoints Nigel Childs Chief Financial Officer for International Operations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Starr Companies has announced the appointment of Nigel Childs as Chief Financial Officer for the company’s foreign operations. In this role, Childs will be responsible for the financial planning and reporting for Starr’s growing international insurance operations.
Childs will report directly to Ed Navarro, Chief International Officer at Starr Companies. “Nigel’s financial management expertise as well as international business acumen will serve us well as we actively expand around the world,” states Mr. Navarro.
Mr. Childs brings twenty-five years’ worth of experience to Starr working for global insurance companies in similar roles and received his FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
