The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking competent and qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment, tools, supplies and material to Replace the Replace Existing Eddie Current Drives (ECDs) with Variable frequency Drives (VFDs) in the mechanical room at the New York Air Route Traffic Control Center (NY ARTCC).

Attendance is mandatory because of the nature of the work. Security issues preclude the need for the FAA to be informed prior to contractor(s) arrival for escorting requirements.

*-- Contractors shall submit list of attendees via e-mail to [email protected] no later than Noon - August 15, 2014

Attendees must present State issued Photo I.D. (driver--'s license) at the FAA NY ARTCC Facility. Only those offerors identified above will be permitted at the pre-proposal site-visit walk-thru conference.

*-- Offers will be accepted from only those contractors identified above who have attended the pre-proposal site-visit conference to assure a full understanding of the requirements.

The Government will award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is determined to be responsible and whose proposal conforms to all requirements of the SIR.
