SB Value Partners, L.P. and Investment Professionals Inc. Announce the Hiring of Kent Payne as First Vice President, Capital Markets

SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SB Value Partners, L.P. (SB Value) and Investment Professionals Inc. (IPI) today announced that Kent Payne has been named a First Vice President, Capital Markets at SB Value.

Mr. Payne will be an SB Value municipal bond asset manager specializing in new issue and secondary markets. In his role as a buy-side customer he will draw on his deep municipal dealer trading experience, which gives him a valuable 360° perspective on the market.
