MILWAUKEE, Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB) the leading worldwide provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the Property Insurance industry announces today that Roof Age Intelligence is now available at point of sale through Residential Component Technology (RCT) Express. This innovative solution continues to deliver on MSB commitment to provide a complete view of property risk through best in class property exposure intelligence.

Carriers can now gain a better understanding of property roof exposure by integrating industry-leading roof age data directly into the point-of-sale workflow.

This integration allows carriers to increase risk management sophistication through improved data accuracy, appropriately align insurance products offered to the risk profile,  and determine appropriate discount eligibility.
