Aug. 03--A listing of arrests appearing in Magistrates Court contains several driving while intoxicated and drug charges.

-- Ted Daniel Adams, 29, was booked on July 6 by the Logan Police Department for burglary, daytime break and enter, grand larceny and destruction of property. His bail was set at $15,000.

-- Charles Brian Fry, 47, was booked on July 6 by the West Virginia State Police for DUI and left of center. His bail was set at $2,000.

-- Robin Louise Vance, 46, was booked on July 6 by the Logan County Sheriff's Deputies for no insurance and driving while suspended/revoked non DUI. Her bail was set at $2,000.

-- Steven Ray Ferrell, 53, was booked on July 6 for possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $2,500.

-- Stephen Paul Barker, 59, was booked on July 6 for no seat belt, left of center, improper registration, no insurance, driving while suspended/revoked non DUI and obstructing. His bail was set at $3,500.

-- Bobby Spry, 66, was booked on July 7 by the WVSP for forgery and uttering. His bail was set at $5,000.

-- Melanie Dawn Cook, 28, was booked on July 8 for defective equipment and driver's license revoked for DUI. Her bail was set at $2,500.

-- Randall Scott Whitt, 36, was booked on July 8 by the LCSD for improper registration, no insurance, license suspend/ revoked for DUI 3rd offense, fraudulent registration and public intoxication. His bail was set at $5,000.

-- Jennifer Ellen Harvey, 33, was booked on July 8 for obstructing, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. Her bail was set at $3,500.

-- Derek Wayne Dingess, 34, was booked on July 9 by the Chapmanville Police Department for DUI Controlled substance. His bail was set at $1,200.

-- Joseph Michael Eads, 29, was booked on July 10 by the WVSP for defective equipment, give false information to the DPS, obstructing, driving while suspended non DUI 3rd offense, no seat belt, registration violation, no insurance and motor vehicle inspection violation. His bail was set at $3,500.

-- Noah Lee Blankenship, 55, was booked on July 11 by the WVSP for domestic battery and domestic assault. His bail was set at $3,500.

-- Miniard Mcclellan, 43, was booked on July 12 by the WVSP for prohibited drug purchase receipt and obstructing. His bail was set at $1,000.

-- Gregory Scott Nelson, 22, was booked on July 13 by the WVSP for obstructing. His bail was set at $1,500.

-- William Smith, 59, was booked on July 14 by the WVSP for domestic assault and brandishing a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $1,500.

-- Amanda Leigh Queen, 21, was booked on July 14 by the WVSP for domestic assault, domestic battery and brandishing a deadly weapon. Her bail was set at $5,000.

-- Michael James Farris, 25, was booked on July 16 by the LCSD for 1st possession of marijuana less than 15 grams. His bail was set at $1,000.

-- Rachel Tiller, 40, was booked on July 16 by the LCSD for driver's license revoked for DUI, DUI 1st offense, and left of center. Her bail was set at $5,000.

-- Hakeem Chavez Norman, 19, was booked on July 17 by the LPD for obstructing. His bail was set at $1,000.

-- Joseph Ray Pennington, 32, was booked on July 18 by the WVSP for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. His bail was set at $5,000.

-- Chrissy Leeann Dotson, 31, was booked on July 18 by the LPD for public intoxication, obstructing and battery. Her bail was set at $2,500.

-- Kresta Don Conley, 20, was booked on July 18 by the LPD for battery, obstructing and public intoxication. Her bail was set at $2,500.

-- Kristopher Michael Selly, 22, was booked on July 18 by the LCSC for domestic assault and domestic battery. His bail was set at $2,500.

-- Gary Lee Jeffrey, 29, was booked on July 19 by the LCSD for license suspended/ revoked for DUI 3rd offense, DUI with minor in vehicle, and DUI 3rd offense. His bail was set at $6,000.

-- Elizabeth Nicole Moss, 19, was booked on July 19 by the WVSP for possession of a controlled substance and trespassing. Her bail was set at $1,000</money>.

-- Brandon Dennis Messer, 21, was booked on July 19 by the WVSP for trespassing and possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $1,000.

-- Jacob Clinton Bias, 22, was booked on July 20 by the WVSP for no seat belt, DUI and reckless driving. His bail was set at $2,500.

-- Billy Gene Goodman, 51, was booked on July 20 by the WVSP for giving false information to the DPS, littering and public intoxication. His bail was set at $2,500.

-- Johnny Lee Morris, 42, was booked on July 22 by the WVSP for registration violation and driving suspended/revoked for DUI. His bail was set at $5,000.

-- Tiffany Morgan Baisden, 34, was booked on July 23 by the WVSP for domestic assault, obstructing, escape (attempt) of one charged with felony and domestic battery. Her bail was set at $3,500.
