She was called to the hospital to be with a friend and while notifying others her phone ran out of battery power. She realized this was an area were ProtectCELL could help.”

"Henry Ford Macomb is the first hospital to take advantage of this program at our three inpatient locations in Macomb County,” said Maryann Northcote, Director, Security Services. “It is extremely helpful to our patients and families when our security officers can just hand them a charger. It immediately puts them at ease."

“We have placed the phone chargers that were donated by ProtectCELL in our Urgent Care, Surgery Waiting room, ICU, and in our Med/Surg unit,” said Anne Mancour, Communications & Marketing Manager, Doctors’ Hospital of Michigan. “The staff was very happy to know that we can better serve our patients and guests at times when communication to loved ones is most crucial.”
