Property/Casualty Insurance Software Provider Guidewire Software Signs 97,600 Square Foot Lease at Parkside Towers in Foster City

Guidewire was represented by Bob Garner, Jon Mackey and John KraftInvesco and Harvest Properties were represented by Josh Rowell and Craig Kalinowski, also of Cornish and Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank. Lease specifics and terms were undisclosed.

Parkside Towers, located at 1001 - 1051 East Hillsdale Boulevard in Foster City, was acquired by Invesco Real Estate in 2008. Joint venture partner Harvest Properties provides property and construction management services. Constructed in 2002, the Class A office project offers two interconnected eight-story office towers, situated above three levels of parking and ground floor retail on a nearly six acre site.
