Furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision, all operations identified and any other necessary to complete Project No. ZNRE 15-4131, Repair Rec Room Roof, Tower 3220, West MFH, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The magnitude of this project is expected less than Y2,598,498 ($25,000) in accordance with FAR 36.204 (a), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude NOTE: Please also refer to [FA5209-14-T-0141, Repair Rec Room Roof, Tower 4305, East MFH, Yokota Air Base, Japan] and [Repair Rec Room Roof, Tower 2000, South MFH, Yokota Air Base, Japan], The pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted for these three (3) solicitations at the same time. Pre-proposal Conference/Site Visit: The site visit for bidders is scheduled on 1 Aug 14, at 1330 hours, at 374th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620. Please make sure to bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For vehicle passes, bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper identification/documentation may cause you unable to enter the base. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12).
