Project No. ZNRE 11-1202, Maintain New Substation, Bldg. 532, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility. Perform all work indicated in specifications or accompanying drawings, which will be included in the solicitation package. The contractor is required to provide a complete and usable facility within the terms and conditions of this contract. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Detailed inspection, cleaning, and routine maintenance for electrical equipment and devices at the West Substation, Bldg 532, Yokota Air Base.The inspection shall include all system and equipment at the West Substation except associated secondary panels. The maintenance is divided into basic contract and optional repairs. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, material, vehicles, and other items including temporary engine generator and necessary to accomplish the The site visit is scheduled on 2 July 14 at 1000 hours, JST. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 0930 hours to obtain the pass. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8-digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base.
