This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees or less. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary to furnish: 9 Each Coupling Capacitor Voltages Transformers (CCVT's) with Support Structures for inclusion in the Tucson Substation Rebuild Project. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications.
