PCI is Conducting Annual Insurance Compensation Survey and Executive Compensation Survey

CHICAGO, April 4 -- The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America issued the following news release:

The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) is seeking participants for its annual Executive Compensation Survey and Insurance Compensation Survey which provide a wealth of current information about industry compensation practices.

"PCI's compensation surveys provide Human Resource departments with the data you need to manage your company's compensation strategies effectively," said Elysa Robin, PCI's director of Human Resources. "In today's challenging economic environment, attracting and retaining talented professionals has never been more important. However, these surveys provide the property casualty industry with an invaluable resource that highlights the industry's most current compensation data which will help you manage your company's compensation strategies effectively."

The PCI Executive Compensation Survey explores the compensation levels of the industry's top 30 executive positions. The broader Insurance Compensation Survey includes information for more than 80 benchmark jobs in the property casualty insurance industry.

Companies that participate in the surveys are able to purchase the survey data at a discounted price and use the Towers Watson CompQuest system to create desired cuts of the Insurance Compensation Survey data when results are posted in early August. PCI member companies that participate in the surveys will receive the results free of charge.
