Ohio Personal Injury Attorney David Chester Records the 7th and Final Video in His Series on Ohio Personal Injury Lawsuits

This now completes a seven part video series Attorney Chester has done on the elements of an Ohio personal injury lawsuit. In the video “ What is a Statute of Limitations” David Chester points out that a statute of limitations in Ohio is the time limit placed on filing lawsuits. The time limit may be created by an Ohio statute or by a contract between two parties such as between a car owner and their auto insurance company.

Attorney Chester also explains in the video that different classes of people or different situations can have different statute of limitations for the same sort of claim. David gives specific examples to clarify this.
