Ohio Casualty<sup>TM</sup> Offers Bricks & Clicks<sup>TM</sup> Digital Marketing Workshops
Assisting appointed agencies with effectively growing their online presence
Fairfield, Ohio - June 16, 2011 – Ohio Casualty, a Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation regional company, is holding two-day Bricks & Clicks digital marketing workshops for its appointed independent agencies next month in Pennsylvania. Attendees will be instructed in growing their businesses online and learn strategies and techniques for using online marketing to boost leads and drive sales.
Day One, titled “Develop Your Online Presence,” focuses on website design, search engine optimization, web marketing fundamentals, social networking, and online tools and trends. Day Two is “Optimizing Your Online Marketing,” which looks at a web marketing strategy to identify an appropriate customer base, and offers detailed instruction in search engine optimization, online advertising using paid search marketing, and what analytics can reveal about online marketing results.
“Having a compelling online presence is now a key component of an independent agency’s overall marketing strategy,” said Mike Akin, vice president, Marketing, Ohio Casualty. “Incorporating social media can help agents deepen existing customer relations and attract new ones. We’re giving our agents the tools and strategies to be successful in a space that customers are increasingly turning to first.”
The Bricks & Clicks digital marketing workshops are scheduled for July 12th and 13th at the Radisson Hotel – Valley Forge in King of Prussia, and July 14th and 15th at the Four Points by Sheraton – Pittsburgh North in Mars, Pennsylvania. Ohio Casualty agents who cannot attend the Bricks & Clicks workshops have free access to the company’s Digital Marketing on Demand via the Ohio Casualty agents’ portal. Web-based, self-learning modules provide agents with the fundamentals for building an effective online marketing presence.
