North Texas Children’s Anesthesia, LLC Selects Zotec Partners as Medical Billing Provider

Group Signs Three-Year Billing Services Agreement for Less Risk, Lower Costs and Improved Bottom Line

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zotec Partners, an industry leader in medical billing and practice management software and services, announces today that North Texas Children’s Anesthesia, LLC (NTCA), out of Southlake, Texas, has inked a three-year billing services contract with the company. NTCA is a private group of physicians with a combined subspecialty experience of more than 100 years in neonatal/pediatric anesthesia.

Zotec Partners’ internally developed Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system allows for automated and custom scripted calls to be made to patients, which will help NTCA optimize self-pay or patient responsibility balances. The IVR in-bound phone system enables patients to make payments or changes to insurance information instantly and automatically.
