(NASDAQ: CALD) company and leading provider of commission and compliance software, today announced Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company, a leading provider of life insurance and annuity products, has selected ActekSoft's ACom3 Commission and Incentive Compensation System and the ACom3 License and Compliance System. Under the agreement, signed in the first quarter of 2010, Americo will use the ACom3 solution to automate commission and compliance functions for its large network of independent agents operating across the United States.
