Navicure: Navicure Code Source Now Available

Navicure, a healthcare payment solutions provider for hospitals, physician practices and billing companies, has announced the availability of Navicure Code Source.

In a release, the Company said that the online tool gives physician practices a research platform to help practices select the most accurate code for improved billing, revenue cycle management and coding workflow.

Navicure said that its Code Source provides practices with a valuable resource for continuous coding and compliance training both pre- and post-ICD-10. The tool stores more than 75,000 ICD-9, ICD- 10, HCPCS and code modifiers, and it will be regularly updated with the most current Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) directives. Determine the ICD-10 codes that correspond to ICD-9 codes to ease training efforts and ensure accuracy, which reduces the need to increase coding staff during the transition.
