National Storm Restoration Experts Working to Restore the Knoxville Area Back to Normal

Knoxville, TN (PRWEB) May 24, 2011

After a severe storm hits, such as the one that recently sent hail, high winds and tornadoes through the Knoxville, Tenn., area, home and business owners can find themselves overwhelmed by the unfamiliar inspection and insurance claim process, and often become confused and frustrated when trying to find a reputable, credentialed contractor to restore their roof, siding and gutters. In addition, time is of essence in order to prevent further weather damage to their property and belongings.

Aspen Contracting, one of America’s few dedicated, year-round storm restoration companies, is one of the nationally-known contractors that have responded to calls for help in the hardest hit areas around Knoxville.

“The fact is that, when a storm like this hits, it takes a platoon of roofing professionals to help restore people’s lives and homes,” said L.C Nussbeck, CEO of Aspen Contracting. “Local companies can't handle the workload in the Knoxville area alone. Reputable, nationally-known companies are needed to fulfill the home-repair demand to restore lives back to normal in a quick and painless manner. Unfortunately, after weathering the wrath of nature, homeowners may get hit again, this time by a wave of fly-by-night contractors who often provide shoddy work, and then disappear.”

Nussbeck recommends that property owners check the credentials and track records of potential contractors, and their warranty offerings before signing any work agreements.

Nussbeck’s company has repaired or replaced more than 30,000 wind or hail damaged roofs throughout the country, sometimes restoring hundreds, even thousands of homes and businesses in a single community. With the use of sophisticated weather tracking services, Aspen’s advance weather watchers identified areas in Tennessee likely hit by a tornado or hail and immediately dispatched restoration crews and materials to the Knoxville area.

Ranked as one of the top insurance restoration contractors in the country by industry trade magazines, Aspen Contracting utilizes satellite-based roof measurement systems that quickly and accurately estimate materials needed, explain the restoration process to the homeowner and work with insurance companies so that the customer does not have any out-of-pocket costs for the restoration, in order for the recovery process to begin as soon as possible.
